Davao is a the largest city on the island of Mindanao. It is one of the busiest cargo hubs for local and international trade after Manila and Cebu. It is home to beautiful beaches, amazing landscapes and diving spots. On top of that, the highest mountain in the Philippines (Mt. Apo) is located here. It was awarded by the Department of Tourism as the most livable city in the Philippines in 2008.

Today, March 16, 2011 marks the 73rd Araw ng Dabaw (Davao Day), another milestone for its rich history and peaceful loving people.
